We finally have shoot dates for In Memoriam and things are starting to move! We'll be shooting the last weekend in May and I am so thrilled to be getting back to production!
This story started as a way for me to remember those who have left us - family, friends, and so many other important people that touch our lives.
I chose a familiar scene that anyone can recognize and worked to try and bring forward the emotional aspect by attaching a life to it. After re-writing it to better align with Covid protocols, building the shots and continuing to practice different lighting and effects, it has turned into something so much more.
In Memoriam is an example of how something that starts as an idea, slowly turns into a passion the more you continue to work with it, visualize it and mold it.
