Oh, the evils of corporate America - so much to work with here!

The question that I'm trying to answer in Cinder is why do people choose to work in careers where the company's values do not align with their own? Coming from the corporate world for much of my working life and being in leadership roles, you get to see the good and the bad from both the company and the people that choose to work there.

Cinder takes it to the extreme. The company truly is evil, but is able to operate and thrive by twisting its messaging and manipulating the people that work there. They stay, but at what cost?
